What is Chase 500 Festival Kids’ Day?

 

The Chase 500 Festival Kids’ Day is Indiana’s largest free festival for children with more than 35,000 visitors during this one-day event.  Scheduled for Sunday, May 23, 2010, Kids’ Day offers a variety of activities, from racing pedal cars, to climbing giant inflatable mountains, to creating arts and crafts, to just playing. Everyone has the chance to win one of more than 10,000 prizes ranging from silly putty to basketballs. 

 

Kids’ Day provides a great opportunity to showcase your organization or product to families in a fun, interactive atmosphere. Exhibitors have the opportunity to engage  visitors as they make their way around Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis.

 

Create an interactive and engaging booth with the help of the 500 Festival! We can provide various games and

inflatable's for rent to help you make the most of your booth and presence at Kids’ Day.

 

Guidelines
·
 No third-party sponsorship, promotions or partners without prior written approval by the 500 Festival.

· Each exhibitor is required to create an educational and interactive experience for the children and

families: not only hand-out literature.

· All activities must receive prior approval from the 500 Festival.

Event Hours

Sunday, May 23, 2010                            Noon- 4 p.m.

 

Exhibitor Set-Up                                   7- 9:30 a.m.

Exhibitors must follow move-in guidelines included in your confirmation packet. Exhibitors who fail to do so will not be allowed to set-up and will not received a refund.

 

Move-Out                                             4- 5 p.m.

Please exercise caution and follow move-out guidelines found in your confirmation packet.
