At the 2010 Breakfast at the Brickyard, presented by ProLiance Energy, guests will enjoy a hearty Hoosier breakfast, the opportunity to see the 2010 500 Festival Queen crowned, take a lap around the famed oval in their vehicle, tour the garages and experience the third day of qualifying for the 2010 Indianapolis 500®.

Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard will salute Hoosier mayors from across the state in attendance in celebration of the month of May in Indiana. The 500 Festival Breakfast at the Brickyard, presented by ProLiance Energy is sponsored by Ice Miller, AAA Hoosier Motor Club, Charter One Bank, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, WIBC and WTHR Channel 13.

The 2009 500 Festival Breakfast at the Brickyard, presented by ProLiance Energy, will featured two-time Indianapolis 500 ® winner Arie Luyendyk Sr. and Arie Luyendyk Jr.

Luyendyk Sr. has had a distinguished career with Indianapolis 500 ® wins in 1990 and 1997. In 1996 he set the record for the single fastest qualifying lap at 237.498 miles-per-hour. He also holds the record for fastest average winning speed.

Luyendyk Jr. competed in his first Indianapolis 500 ® in 2006. Prior to that he competed in the Indy Pro Series, now known as the Firestone Indy Lights Series, where he was voted “Most Popular Driver” four years in a row. Since 2002 Luyendyk Jr. has held three poles and 18 top 5 finishes. Last year in the final race of the season Luyendyk Jr. landed his first win.
