REGISTRATION: ON-line pre-registration will open in March. On-site registration will take place on May 23 starting at 11 a.m. on Ohio Street, north of Monument Circle, in front of the Chase Tower.
All kids, ages 3-12, are invited to join us for the Chase 500 Festival Rookie Run. It’s a non-competitive fun run where everyone goes away a winner. The Rookie Run, which compliments the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, is a great way for kids to stay physically fit. It takes place in downtown Indianapolis, one block north of Monument Circle at Ohio and Meridian Streets.
Participant age and course length:
| Age 3: | 2-block course |
| Age 4: | 2-block course |
| Age 5: | 2-block course |
| Age 6: | ¼ -mile course |
| Age 7: | ¼ -mile course |
| Ages 8-9: | ½-mile course |
| Ages 10-12: | ½-mile course |
All participants will receive a goodie bag, a runners bib with the number 1, and a finisher's medal – just like the Mini-Marathon participants. On-site registration begins at 11 a.m. Information is available at local Chase Bank locations. Once the maximum number of 2800 applicants has been reached the registration will close.

On-site registration (located in front of the Chase Tower on Ohio Street) Packet Pick-Up Participants can pick-up packets at the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon Expo May 6 from 4-8 p.m. and May 7 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can also pick up packets on the day of the Rookie Run beginning at 11 a.m. Packet pick-up will take place on Ohio Street, north of Monument Circle, in front of the Chase Tower. * Participants T-shirt available while supplies last. |
