Online Event Registration:
Whether you register online or by other means of communication, we maintain a mailing list of participants, and reserve the right to contact you either by email or U.S. mail and let you know about our future events and other news we think will be of interest to you. We also reserve the right to provide our mailing list to both non-profit and for profit organizations with similar interests. Please also note that we must disclose personally identifiable information where required by law, for example, in response to a warrant or other legal process.
Cookies do not personally identify casual visitors to our Web site. For visitors who choose to use the online registration procedures and "log on" to our Web site, we use "cookie" files to ensure that individual users are matched up with their individual registration forms. Once a user closes their Internet browser, the cookie is deleted and does not remain on the user's computer.
Online Credit Card Payments:
If you choose to register online, credit card information needed to process the payment is encrypted and transmitted to our payment services provider. If you prefer not to transmit your credit card information online please see the Optional Methods of Registration and Communication below.
Online Participant Information and Race Results:
By participating in the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon or Finish Line 500 Festival 5K you grant us permission to list information (including name, age, city, state, and race time) on race participants and winners online, whether you register online or by other means. We also reserve the right to list winners and other participants in printed publications.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for illegal acts outside our control that may occur when your information is transmitted over the Internet. Participants Under 18:
Please note that for all participants under the age of 18, a Participation Waiver must be completed by the parent or guardian.
