500 Festival Ticket Office:
The 500 Festival is located at 21 Virginia Ave, just one block north of Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Ticketing Office is located on the first floor of the 500 Festival Building, through the main doors to your right.
Hours for the 500 Festival Ticket Office are as follows:
- March 1 - May 10: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- May 13 - 24: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Parade day tickets will be available for purchase at Michigan and Meridian streets starting at 9 a.m.. Also, look for roaming ticket sellers in bright pink 500 Festival "Ticket Sales" t-shirts at Washington Street/Monument Circle and Meridian Street north of St. Clair Street.
