The 500 Festival is now accepting applications to be a food/beverage vendor at select 500 Festival events in 2017. For consideration, you MUST submit the online form AND mail a $25 non-refundable application fee to the address below. Forms must be received 60 days prior to the event. Fees for participation vary by event. All beverages must be purchased from the 500 Festival unless you have a signature beverage. This includes all sodas and water. Application submission does not constitute an agreement with the 500 Festival, nor does it guarantee participation at 500 Festival events. If selected, you will be contacted by a representative of the 500 Festival roughly 60 days prior to the event.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please include photos of your truck, trailer or set-up. Applications without photos will not be considered. You may choose to upload photos directly to the online application or mail hard copies to the address below.
