This year’s Volunteer Appreciation Day will take place on Saturday, May 18, which is Pole Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway! Guests will enjoy a delicious lunch and have the chance to win great door prizes during lunch in the Plaza Pavilion. Then, grab a seat in the grandstands and watch the track action.

In order to receive an invitation to Volunteer Appreciation Day, volunteers MUST register and sign up for a volunteer activity by no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 10. Volunteers who register after this date will NOT receive an invitation to Volunteer Appreciation Day.

We will send all information regarding Volunteer Appreciation Day to the mailing address you provide when you register. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Volunteer Appreciation Day RSVPs have to be postmarked by Friday, April 26. RSVPs are accepted by MAIL ONLY. Once RSVPd for Volunteer Appreciation Day, you will received a packet in the mail with your parking passes, ticket into the Speedway, and other relevant information.
